Our team contacts the individual within 24–48 hours to begin the intake process and understand their immediate needs.

Assessment & Planning

We complete a comprehensive needs assessment and develop a personalised housing and support plan.

Housing Placement

We secure appropriate housing and begin coordinated support. You receive regular updates on client progress.
